Drysau'n agor i chwech llwyddiannus yn Nhorfaen

Wedi ei gyflwyno dros bum diwrnod, mae’r cwrs goruchwylwyr drws wedi ei rannu’n bedair uned, yn cynnwys elfennau allweddol megis: gweithio yn y diwydiant diogelwch, rheoli gwrthdaro a sgiliau ymyrraeth gorfforol.

Meddai Luke, 19 o Gwmbrân, sydd newydd gwblhau’r hyfforddiant, “Mi wnes i fwynhau’r cwrs yn fawr iawn; rydw i wedi dysgu cymaint yn y dyddiau diwethaf. Roeddwn yn hoffi’n arbennig adran ymyrraeth gorfforol yr hyfforddiant. Rwyf wir yn gobeithio y bydd y cymhwyster hwn a’r drwydded SIA yn fy helpu i gael hyd i waith&;

Dywedodd Abigale Phillips, un o’r merched a fynychodd y cwrs, “Roedd y cwrs yn hawdd iawn i’w ddeall, rwyf wedi dysgu llawer ac yn teimlo bod hyn wedi gwella fy hyder a’r cyfle i mi gael gwaith&;. ; Ers mynychu’r cwrs a chael ei thystysgrif, mae Abigale wedi cael gwaith mewn bar lleol.

Meddai Swyddog Cyflogadwyedd Cymunedau yn Gyntaf Lisa Baulch: "Mae’r cwrs SIA wastad yn un o’n cyrsiau mwyaf poblogaidd, ac mae’n hanfodol i unrhyw un sydd eisiau gweithio yn y diwydiant diogelwch. Mae’r cwrs yn llawn gwybodaeth, yn ddifyr ac yn hawdd ei ddeall. Rydym bob amser yn cael adborth positif gan y cyfranogwyr ac mae’r rhan fwyaf yn mynd ymlaen i gael gwaith yn y sector diogelwch trwy ein cysylltiadau gyda chyflogwyr."

Mae’r cwrs goruchwylwyr drws SIA yn un o nifer o gyrsiau a gyflwynir trwy raglenni Cymunedau yn Gyntaf a Chymunedau ar gyfer Gwaith, ac mae wedi ei ddylunio i roi gwybodaeth, hyder a chymwysterau perthnasol i bobl gael gwaith yn y sector diogelwch. Mae’r dysgwyr i gyd yn cael cymorth parhaus gan y prosiect i’w hannog i adnabod eu potensial ac i wella eu rhagolygon i gael gwaith yn y dyfodol.
